Customers can apply for the return of an item to support at enereff . co . za, stating the full reasons for the return. If the reasons seem valid and reasonable an Authority to Return will be returned via e-mail. This will contain full instructions on the address, shipping restrictions and/or credits, how any credit will be handled and any other special instructions.
In general, only the main products bought from this site can be returned. Any supplemental products such as sensors, extensions, extenders, etc. or items costing less than R100, cannot be returned on their own. Each case will be evaluated on its own merits, and specified in the Authority to Return.
Items need to be returned to Enereff within 3 days of receiving the Authority to Return, at the address as specified on the Authority to Return.
